Jharkhand announces ex-gratia of Rs 10 lakh to kin of slain CRPF jawan

Several states have announced compensation for families of CRPF jawans killed in the Pulwama attack. Chief Minister of Jharkhand, Raghubar Das announced ex-gratia of Rs 10 lakh and job to kin of slain CRPF soldier Vijay Soreng from Jharkhand. A Jaish suicide bomber on Thursday rammed a car packed with explosives into a CRPF convoy on the Jammu-Srinagar highway. The CRPF has confirmed 40 deaths in the terror attack, counted among the bloodiest in Kashmir.
