The two Koreas are set to field their largest-ever joint athletic squads... at the upcoming 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo.
After a meeting with IOC president Thomas Bach in Switzerland on Friday,… representatives from the two Koreas agreed to form joint teams in 4 categories - women's basketball, women's field hockey, rowing and judo.
Inter-Korean teams in other sports such as table tennis, canoeing and handball... are also scheduled to be discussed in future meetings.
This marks the first time... that the two Koreas have agreed to field joint teams for a Summer Olympic event.
