राजधानी सर्विसेज, अधिकारियों के तबादले व पोस्टिंग करने और एसीबी के गठन का अधिकार दिल्ली सरकार (Delhi Government) के पास रहेगा या केंद्र सरकार के पास, इस पर गुरुवार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) ने अपना फैसला सुना दिया है।जस्टिस एके सीकरी और अशोक भूषण वाली दो जजों की पीठ ने सर्विसेज मामले को तीन जजों की बेंच के पास भेज दिया है। वहीं, ACB जांच और ट्रांसफर पोस्टिंग केंद्र सरकार के पास ही रहेगी। इससे पहले सभी पक्षों को सुनने के बाद पीठ ने तीन माह पहले यानी एक नवंबर को अपना निर्णय सुरक्षित रख लिया था।
