Congress President Rahul Gandhi today launched a fresh attack on the PM, accusing him of running "parallel negotiations" with the French side. Rahul Gandhi was referring to a report in a leading news daily that claimed the defence ministry had expressed strong reservations to the "parallel negotiations" conducted by the Prime Minister's office with France on the multi-billion dollar deal.
