Good afternoon. Dress extra warm for your evening commute. Mid-winter-like conditions will strike back with much colder temperatures starting this afternoon. It will feel a lot colder than what the thermometer actually shows.
Meanwhile, many western areas including Seoul and Gyeonggi-do Province are still dealing with high concentrations of fine and ultra fine dust with an advisory in place. We will have to wait until the cold winds blow away the dust later on, but the rest of the country will have polluted air in the afternoon.
Skies will get sunnier but daily highs won't rise much, a couple of notches higher than the lows, southern areas will also notice a big drop compared to yesterday but temperatures should still be bearable compared to here in Seoul.
Readings will drop even further tomorrow morning, freezing morning lows will stay until early next week.
That's Korea for you and here's the international weather for viewers around the world.
