Sanjay Leela Bhansali was attacked on the sets of Padmavati by the members of Rajput Karni Sena. The filmmaker was beaten up and slapped by the protesters. The members of the Sena alleged that SLB has portrayed their Rajput queen in a bad light. The protesters also demanded that the filmmaker should show them the already shot sequences. Veteran star Nana Patekar who was recently present at the trailer launch of his film Wedding Anniversary has now commented on the issue. Patekar stated that physical assault on anyone is not the right way to protest.
Coming to the film, Wedding Anniversary stars actors Mahie Gill, Priyanshu Chatterjee, Kanika Dang and Yatin Karyelar. The film will hit the screens on 17th February, 2017.
