उत्तर प्रदेश विधानसभा में मंगलवार को जमकर हंगामा हुआ. यहां राज्यपाल के अभिभाषण के दौरान मुख्य विपक्षी दल समाजवादी पार्टी और बहुजन समाज पार्टी के विधायकों ने हाथों में पोस्टर लेकर बवाल किया. दावा किया जा रहा है कि विधानसभा के अंदर दोनों पार्टी के विधायक जब वेल में जाकर हंगामा कर रहे थे तो इस वक्त राज्यपाल पर कागज के गोले भी फेंके गए.
