Police have detained a Russian couple after their horrifying street performance involving a baby in Bukit Bintang went viral on social media.

In the viral video, a man can be seen swinging a baby.

According to Harian Metro, KL police chief Mazlan Lazim said the husband and wife were arrested while performing along Jalan Raja Abdullah at 3pm on Monday.
