Kalam is an Action Tamil Movie. It is about the war between Pakistan and Indian Army in the border. Indian army gets trapped and taken to Pakistan Military Camp which is controlled by Mukesh Rishi. Dhilip saves Mukesh daughter Laila from an incident and hence Laila, in turn, loves Dileep and helps Indian Army.
