A white supremacist has pleaded guilty to travelling to New York and killing a black man with a sword as part of a plan to start a race war in the US James Jackson, 30, admitted to stabbing 66-year-old Timothy Caughman in March 2017 in what prosecutors ruled an act of domestic terrorism.
