Minutes after BuzzFeed News published an explosive report that alleges that President Donald Trump instructed former attorney and fixer Michael Cohen to lie to Congress, the cable news networks went to work analyzing what it all could mean. CNN legal analyst Neal Katyal pointed out that if the allegations are true then the president has committed a felony. He also said that Trump has no domestic agenda left and that "he almost wants to be impeached".
