Ive had glasses for years but this was my first visit with Heffingtons. They had me at the friendly greeting and dog tail wagging from Duke as soon as I entered. Duke is a lovely part of the welcoming and professional showroom and staff. DR Schneid took time to do a thorough exam and explain. Mark helped me choose my frames and has an excellent eye for what looks good and works. I had my glasses in 48 hours. The entire process was smooth, professional and friendly. Ive found my new eye home.
