Preheat the oven @180°C
Ingredients:
1 cup Butter, melted
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Yogurt
1 cup Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking powder
100 ml Milk
Bake-able Paper Tray
Method of preparation:
In a bowl, add butter, sugar, yogurt and mix well.
Add flour, baking soda, Baking powder, mix them well.
Add milk and mix well.
In a bake-able tray, fill it 3/4 with the dough and tap it.
Bake it for 20 mins in a pre-heated oven.
Demold the cake on a kitchen board and slice it.
Our Eggless Sponge Cake is ready.
