Ashanti Kotoko of Ghana and Kara of Congo Brazzaville match took a strange stand-in CAF Champions Leagues qualifier on Sunday in Kumasi. Senegal referee Issa Si whistled for five penalties in the match, four for Kotoko and one for Kara.
