A four-year-old girl and her one-year-old brother were slashed to death by a man who ran amok in Kampung Kuala Sungai, Yan late Tuesday evening. Kedah CID Chief Senior Assistant Commissioner (SAC) Mior Faridalathrash Wahid revealed that the suspect had a previous record for a drug-related offence.
