The Supreme Court will not review a lawsuit by actress Olivia de Havilland who has sued FX Networks for its depiction of her in **Feud: Bette and Joan**.
The high court on Monday rejected her petition to review the dismissal of her lawsuit by a California court.
The Supreme Court did not give a reason for its decision.
Havilland, who is now 102 years old, was portrayed by Catherine Zeta-Jones in the limited series about Bette Davis and Joan Crawford.
