Good morning. A thick haze engulfed most areas with high levels of ultra fine dust choking on roughly twice as much micro fine dust as usual, Chungcheong-do and Daejeon are seeing both high dust levels but colder winds will blow in from the afternoon and we could see improved air conditions.

Temperatures will drop a bit. Afternoon highs will go down to freezing mark, so you will need extra layer on your way out today then temperatures will drop even further tomorrow morning to minus 9 degrees but will rebound to bearable side on Thursday.

Taking a closer look at today's temperatures, morning lows are actually slightly higher than yesterday in most regions... Seoul at minus 6 degrees Celsius, Daejeon at minus 5, Gyeongju at minus 4 degrees.

Daily highs will be similar to slightly lower than yesterday, getting up to 5 degrees in Daegu and Gwangju. Sunnier skies in store in the afternoon.
