Congress president Rahul Gandhi was caught winking again during the Rafale debate in Lok Sabha, drawing sharp criticism from BJP. The debate on the fighter deal was initiated at the request of Congress on Wednesday and defence minister Nirmala Sitharaman came up with a two-hour long reply to it on Friday.
