Several workers of Biju Janata Dal (BJD) joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Odisha’s Bhubaneswar on December 30. The BJD leaders joined BJP in presence of Union Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas Dharmendra Pradhan. This comes ahead of the Lok Sabha Elections in 2019. BJD is the ruling party in Odisha with Naveen Patnaik as Chief Minister.
