문재인 정부, 국가안보전략 지침서 발간; 한반도 안보환경 변화 반영

The Moon administration has released its overal strategy for National Security,... and the focus is protecting South Koreans and establishing peace on the Korean Peninsula.
The booklet from the top office covers the administrations' policy direction on diplomacy, unification and defense.
It reflects the drastically shifting security environment in the region, emphasizing three goals: a peaceful resolution to the North Korea nuclear issue, contributing to world peace... and keeping Korean citizens safe.
It is the fourth such strategy from a South Korean administration.
