'Fresh Prince' Star Alfonso Ribeiro Sues 'Fortnite' Over Trademark Dance Ribeiro has filed a lawsuit against Epic Games, saying the company is selling the dance under
the “Fresh” feature. The move became available
for purchase back on January 2. Ribeiro also claims he will copyright the dance
in the near future. Alfonso Ribeiro's legal team,
via statement The filing mirrors that of rapper 2 Milly, who claims
Epic is selling his "Milly Rock" dance under the
feature "Swipe It." Just like Ribeiro, Milly is also in the process of copyrighting the dance move.
