Muhammad Adib Mohd Kassim, the firefighter who was gravely injured in the Seafield Sri Maha Mariamman Temple fracas, has passed away.

Muhammad Adib passed away at 9.41pm on Monday at the National Heart Institute (IJN), according to a Fire and Rescue Department spokesman.  

He was 24.
