Kadai paneer Recipe is a preparation of paneer in a thick gravy made up of cream, tomatoes and masala powder. It is dunked in a rich and creamy tomato gravy is mainly eaten with roti, naan, rice etc. Similar dishes include paneer butter masala and shahi paneer. Shahi paneer has a sweeter taste when compared to Kadai paneer.

Paneer – 200 Gms
Cooking Oil – 4 Big spoon
Cumin seeds – 1 Tsp
Ginger Paste – 1 Tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 Tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 Tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 Tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Green Chilli – 3-6 Pcs
Capsicum – 1 Pcs (Big)
Onion – 1 Pcs (Chopped)
Tomato – 2 Small pcs (Sliced)
Salt - To Taste
Tomato Puree – Made of 1 pcs (Big Tomato)
Garam Masala – 1 Tsp
Fresh Cream – 2 Big Tsp
Coriander Leaves – ½ Tsp
Water – As per Gravy.
