The solar panel factory workers at Tesla's Buffalo New York plant will hold a union organizing drive. The unionization efforts will include the United Steelworkers (USW) and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) and will extend to all production and maintenance employees. A Tesla representative told Business Insider, "Ultimately, it's up to our employees to decide if they want to be unionized.
