A woman made an amazing display of boiling water freezing into powdery ice in midair in north China.

The clip shows a woman standing in the open air and snow, throwing a cup of hot water into the sky.

Then the water freezes into ice midair, forming a halo shape.

The video was filmed in Daxing'anling Prefecture in Heilongjiang Province on November 25.

The temperature was below -30C in the city, according to local reports.
