An art installation intended to raise awareness of climate change has been erected outside of the Tate Modern museum in London.

Artist Olafur Eliasson and geologist Minik Rosing have brought 24 blocks of melting Arctic ice to the riverside area outside the Tate Modern.

The installation, "Ice Watch", hopes to raise awareness of climate change and is expected to last about a week before vanishing.
