The Dallas Mavericks started a 7-0 run and never trailed as the defeated the Orlando Magic 101-76. The Mavs held the Magic to just 36 percent shooting. Harrison Barnes netted a team-high 19 points to go along with five rebounds in 28 minutes. Rookie guard Jalen Brunson made his second straight start (third career) and recorded a career-high 17 points to go along with three rebounds, four assists and one steal for Dallas. Luka Doncic had a career-high 11 rebounds and a career-high nine assists to go along with seven points and one steal. Jonathon Simmons scored a season-high 18 points in the the loss for the Magic. The Mavericks have now won 10 consecutive games at home. It’s their longest home win streak since 2007-08.
