According to Reuters, the US Air Force missed four opportunities to prevent a former airman from purchasing firearms, who later killed 26 people at a church in Texas.
On Nov. 5, 2017, Devin Kelley entered the First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs and opened fire on the congregation.
But Kelley had a troublesome time in the Air Force years before the shooting, which should have prevented him from purchasing a firearm.
