Steven Fisher, 44, was a thief who pretended to be an FBI agent using fake ID's with famous movie characters' names. The video shows Fisher flashing what appears to be a bifold wallet to a man behind the counter of Dahabshil, an immigrant business, on Aug. 19, 2017. Seattle police soon responded to the owner's 911 call and arrested Fisher for impersonation of a federal officer and attempted robbery.
