A person and two local workers at a food outlet in the CityOne Megamall in Kuching, Sarawak were killed while 26 others injured following an explosion on Tuesday afternoon.

The food outlet was under renovation when a gas pipe leak caused the explosion. The three deceased were from Sarawak and Penang.
