Learn how to make Soya Chilli, an Indo-Chinese starter recipe at home with Chef Varun Inamdar on Rajshri Food.
Ingredients:
100 gm soya nuggets, boiled & drained
For the gravy
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp ginger, chopped
1 large onion petals
1 cup Assorted capsicum thickly sliced
4 green chillies, sliced
1 tsp Dark soy sauce
Salt and pepper as required
1/2 cup Cold Water
1 tsp cornstarch
Method of preparation:
Heat oil in a vessel, add ginger, garlic, green chilli, allow it to saute.
Add onions, let them turn translucent and then add capsicum.
Add soya nuggets, toss it on high flames and add black pepper, salt, soy sauce and toss it on high flame.
In half glass of water and cornstarch and make a slurry.
Add the slurry to the soya chilli and allow it to cook on high flame.
Our Soya Chilli is ready to serve.
