According to Comicbook.com, "Hulu isn't a stranger to introducing comic books to life on the small screen and now, it appears they'll have another adaptation to add to their repertoire... Hulu has ordered a pilot for a show based on Sweet Tooth." 'Sweet Tooth' was written and illustrate by Jeff Lemire. It was also nominated for Best New Series at the 2010 Eisner Awards.
