The movie releases on 4,000 screens nationwide this weekend.
Crimes Of Grindelwald is currently projected to open at roughly $60 million.
Estimates from independent trackers top out at $73 million.
“Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” earned $8.75 million in Thursday previews in 2016.
