Amaravathi: The Government of Andhra Pradesh has made changes in the official logo of the state. In the emblem, the AP Government has changed the words from English to Telugu.

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ ప్రభుత్వం రాష్ట్ర అధికారిక చిహ్నంలో మార్పులు చేసింది. చిహ్నంలో ఏపీ గవర్నమెంట్‌ అని ఆంగ్లంలో రాసి ఉన్న పదాలను తెలుగులో ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ ప్రభుత్వం అని మార్చింది. అలాగే సత్యమేవ జయతే అనే పదాన్ని తెలుగులోకి మార్చడంతో పాటు ఇంతకుముందు హిందీలో ఉన్న ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ అనే అక్షరాలు కింది వైపుకు తిరిగి ఉండగా...తాజాగా సవరించిన లోగోలో ఆ అక్షరాలు పై వైపునకు తిరిగివున్నాయి. రాష్ట్ర అధికార చిహ్నంలో ఇలా మార్పులు చేయడం 54 ఏళ్ల తరువాత ఇదే మొదటిసారి.
