International Monetary Fund (IMF) managing director Christine Lagarde asked for a meeting with Malaysia's premier Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad on the sidelines of the Asean Summit in Singapore on Nov 14. Lagarde asked Malaysia for its advice on governance following the last general election.
