Kim Kardashian has not been a Tristan Thompson fan, and she’s not afraid to let everyone know it. On this week’s episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Khloe is in labor just days after Tristan’s cheating scandal went public. Kim sees the NBA player for the first time since news broke right in the delivery room. Watch the clip above to find out what happens!
When Kim, 38, arrives at the hospital from California with Kourtney and Khloe’s bff Malika Haqq, at first she can’t believe she made it before the baby’s arrival. Khloe, 34, is hooked up to a oxygen mask, since the baby’s levels had dropped.
The reality star then sees Tristan, 27. She stands behind his back, making faces and threatening to slice his throat.
If Khloe sees her, she’s not amused. “Are you going to say hi to each other or no?” she asks her boyfriend and sister. Only then does Tristan turn and give the beauty mogul a hug.
When he turns back to Khloe, Kim immediately starts making faces again.
But all things considered, it could be worse. “The vibe in the room is calm, I thought there would be way more tension,” Kim tells the camera. “As much as I want to go off, I just don’t think it’s the time. So I’m gonna keep it cute, I don’t have to have a lot of interaction, I just have to be there for her.”
Khloe addressed her controversial decision to let Tristan into the delivery room so soon after his betrayal on Twitter. She wrote, “I wanted to have a beautiful birthing experience for myself and for the memories of what I choose to share with True when she’s older. I want her to have videos and pictures of her daddy there, holding her etc.”

“I wasn’t going to let ANYONE disrupt anything less than what she deserved,” she said in another tweet. She emotionally livetweeted the episode where Tristan’s cheating was revealed. He refused to watch.
