Congress party on Tuesday lashed out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led Centre. He said that demonetisation is the biggest scam in the history of free India. He also added that only businessmen took the benefit of the move. The congress leader also termed PM Modi as 'chowkidar' (watchman) of looters.
