INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1 CUP DARK CHOCOLATE
1/2 CUP WATER
1/4 CUP OIL
MELT THE CHOCOLATE ON DOUBLE BOILER
SIEVE THE CHOCOLATE MIXTURE
1/2 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
2 TABLESPOON COCOA POWDER
1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
1/4 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
1/4 CUP POWDER SUGAR
SIEVE
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS
5 INCH OIL GREASED MOULD
POUR THE CAKE BATTER INTO THE MOULD
COOK IT IN LOW MEDIUM HEAT FOR 35-40 MIN.
CAKE IS READY, COOL COMPLETELY (THEN REMOVE IT FORM THE MOULD)
DUST SOME COCOA POWDER OVER THE CAKE
