Info from Licensor: "I work in a parts department at a dealership. The customer came in saying her keys do not unlock the door, so I changed the batteries in the key. Stunned that it still didn’t work, I went up to the car to manually lock and unlock it and found that it tried to start the car instead of unlocking it as it should!"
