Former Sabah chief minister Tan Sri Musa Aman has claimed trial to 35 charges of graft at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court and questioned why he was slapped with the allegations which had already been cleared at that time by then de facto law minister Datuk Seri Nazri Aziz.
Musa was charged with 35 corruption charges involving timber concessions in Sabah amounting to US$63mil on Monday.
The court granted Musa bail at RM2mil with two sureties, which he paid in full at around 4.30pm.
