Ingredients:
1 cup Maida
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds, crushed
1/2 tsp Carom seeds
1/2 tsp Black Pepper, crushed
Salt to taste
1 1/2 tbsp Ghee
Oil for frying
Method of preparation:
In a bowl add maida, cumin powder, carom seeds, salt, ghee, water and knead it into a dough.
Keep it aside to rest for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a vessel, make small rounds of the dough and roll it into puris.
Pierce the puris so that it doesn't fluff.
Fry the puris in hot oil on low flame.
Our Crispy Farsi Puris are ready.
