The Sringeri Sharada peetha has appealed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for reviving the ‘Sarvajna Peetha’ located in Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK). Members of the Sarvajna Peetha Punarutthana Samithi during a visit to Sringeri had complained to Sringeri Mutt pontiff Bharatiteertha Swami about the total neglect of Sarvajna Peetha, located in Sharada village of PoK. Bharatitheertha Swami informed here that the mutt administrative officer Dr V R Gowrishankar had written a letter to the Prime Minister and had appealed to him on reviving the Sarvajna Peetha.
