First UK drive of the BMW i8 on the FOS hillclimb

Just days after our world exclusive first drive of the Koenigsegg One:1 around the Goodwood circuit, Goodwood Road & Racing's Andy Craig lined up behind the stunning one-off Ferrari F12 Berlinetta TRS, a LaFerrari (one of two present including Jay Kay's green one), and what seemed to be an example of pretty much every other current supercar you can think of.

So, would the sleek i8 compare favourably to 'old-school' sports cars and blast up the hill in style, or would it be more Prius than Porsche? Check out the video!
