Mirage Detroit is a site-specific installation created by artist Doug Aitken. It is set within the over hundred year old former State Savings Bank in Downtown Detroit. This immersive, mirrored installation reflects the entire space in which it is situated, activating this seminal historic building. For the opening night of the exhibition Jónsi created an improvisational performance seen here in this short film.
