At least 18 were killed and more than 180 injured after a tourist train derailed and overturned in Yilan, northern Taiwan. The Puyuma Express train, with 366 passengers aboard, reportedly travelled faster than normal and stopped several times before the accident happened. The train crash is the deadliest since 1981.
