A financial assistance program run by Anglicare PNG, called 'kisim na helivim' program is attracting growing applications from cooperative community groups, seeking financial capital for various projects.

A trial program that commenced this year, one of the first six groups have come back to Anglicare with their capital, which will be passed onto another group.
