5 days after brandishing his gun at a couple at Hyatt Hotel in Delhi, Ashish Pandey, son of former BSP MP Rakesh Pandey, who was absconding since the incident, has now surrendered himself in the Patiala House Court. Ashish, who brazenly defended himself in a video released has denied everything that happened in the video and also claimed that he did not harass the women. He has also justified himself carrying a gun, which he says is legally owned by him. Now the question is, if he is arrested, will he be given rightful punishment or bailed out just because he is a neta's son again?
