France: Shock, anger in Trebes after flash flooding

At least 10 people are dead after violent rainstorms turned rivers into raging torrents in southwest France, prompting some of the deadliest flooding in years. In the town of Trebes, near Carcassonne, the water in the Aude rose eight metres (26 feet) in just five hours, leaving residents scrambling to get out of their flooded homes.
