President Trump responded to Elizabeth Warren's DNA test results.
President Trump on Monday said "Who cares?" in response to news that Senator Elizabeth Warren's DNA test results show "strong evidence" of Native American ancestry, notes ABC News. Notably, he appeared to care quite a bit in the past, repeatedly questioning Warren's claim of Native American heritage and referring to her as "Pocahontas." In anticipation that Warren will run for president, Trump had even worked her lineage into his debate plan, commenting at a July 5 rally in Montana: "I'm going to get one of those little [DNA testing] kits and in the middle of the debate, when she proclaims she's of Indian heritage...And we will say, 'I will give you a million dollars, paid for by Trump, to your favorite charity, if you take the test and it shows you're an Indian.'" Warren announced on Monday that she's chosen the National Indigenous Women's Resource Center as the recipient.
