पंजाब के संगरुर से कैदियों ने जेल में मोबाइल फोन से एक वीडियो वायरल किया है । जिसके बाद प्रशासन में हड़कंप मच गया । वायरल वीडियो में दिखाई दे रहे आधा दर्जन कैदियों ने जेल सुपरिंटेंडेंट से लेकर अन्य जेल अधिकारियों पर पैसे वसूलने का आरोप लगाया है और खुद को आठ फुट के कमरे से आजाद करवाने की गुहार लगाई है।
